Once a property is selected a purchase agreement will be sent.

 

We set up the closing with a highly trusted title company in the area to ensure the process is smooth and timely.  At closing the buyer will receive title insurance and a warranty deed.  At Deals in Detroit we will only close with Warranty deeds to protect our buyers.  We highly advise investors to stay away from any other form of deed such as a quit claim deed.
